Windsor-Essex Bilingual Legal Clinic is the Lead Agency for C.ARE for International Workers Program to work on a project to support and to assist temporary foreign workers in Windsor-Essex County during the COVID-19 pandemic funded by the United Church of Canada KAIROS. C.A.R.E is working with 6 of its community partners in this project.
