Who we are
The Windsor-Essex Bilingual Legal Clinic is a non-profit community legal clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario. We serve individuals with low-income, living in the Windsor and Essex County Region. Our services including providing summary advice, referrals and legal representation. We also provide public legal information sessions to community agencies and community members, engage in community outreach and engage in law reform.
Office hours
Monday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 3:30pm (Walk-ins for Intake Only 9:00am – 1:00pm)
Wednesday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 3:30pm (Walk-ins for Intake Only 12:00pm – 4:00pm)
Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm

How we can help
For assistance with your legal matter please contact our office at 519-253-3526. You will need to explain you issue and determine the area of law. We can assist with OW, ODSP, CPP-D, Tenants Rights, Immigration, Wills and Power of Attorney, Affidavits and Notary and some employment law matters through our Mobile Legal and Social Justice Initiative.
You will need to qualify financially for our services so we may ask you to disclose your income in order to assist you. Individuals who have no income, have low-income and/or individuals whose only income is through Ontario Works (OW), the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), the Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS) and the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), War Veterans Allowance (WVA), or Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Benefits (WSIB) are eligible for our services.
